What to do when you get off track!
We’re all human so from time to time, we fall off track.
What do you do once you’ve noticed you’re off track?
1. Remember what your goals are. Review your health goals and where you want to be. There is nothing wrong with having fun and celebrating a holiday but afterward, get right back to your plan.
2. Get back in the gym.
3. Start tracking or intuitive eating.
4. Get your daily 8-10k steps.
5. Drink a gallon of water.
We’re all human and we all deviated from our normal meal plan once in a while and if things didn’t work out sometimes, you will be just fine. Get back in the gym today and sweat it out. You’ll be right back to normal in a couple days.
The holiday seasons are coming and we all hope to have a great holiday. Hopefully, we’ll enjoy some family time, good food, and a few drinks. Today is a new day and a new week.
