What to do when you get off track! ⁣

We’re all human so from time to time, we fall off track. ⁣

What do you do once you’ve noticed you’re off track?⁣

1. Remember what your goals are. Review your health goals and where you want to be. There is nothing wrong with having fun and celebrating a holiday but afterward, get right back to your plan. ⁣

2. Get back in the gym. ⁣⁣

3. Start tracking or intuitive eating. ⁣

4. Get your daily 8-10k steps.⁣

5. Drink a gallon of water.⁣

We’re all human and we all deviated from our normal meal plan once in a while and if things didn’t work out sometimes, you will be just fine. Get back in the gym today and sweat it out. You’ll be right back to normal in a couple days. ⁣⁣

The holiday seasons are coming and we all hope to have a great holiday. Hopefully, we’ll enjoy some family time, good food, and a few drinks. Today is a new day and a new week.⁣
