Welcome to CrazzyMonday (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using crazzymonday.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

4.1 What We Embed

The Site displays embedded content from third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Posts from X (formerly Twitter)
  • Posts from Instagram
  • Other platforms as applicable, e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Threads, etc.

These embeds are created and served using the official embed functionality provided by each respective platform. We do not host, upload, modify, or reproduce the underlying media files.

4.2 Purpose of Embedding

Embedded content is used solely for editorial and illustrative purposes — including, without limitation:

  • News reporting and current events coverage
  • Commentary, criticism, and review
  • Educational and informational illustration of blog topics
  • Supporting evidence or context for original analysis

This use is consistent with established fair use principles and the practices of major editorial publications.

4.3 No Modification of Embedded Content

We do not modify, crop, filter, edit, or alter embedded content. Full posts are displayed as published, including original captions, hashtags, links, attribution to the original author, and platform branding. The original platform retains full control over how the content is presented.

4.4 Ownership of Embedded Content

All embedded content — including images, videos, text, captions, and metadata — remains the property of:

  • The original poster/creator who published the content, AND/OR
  • The respective platform (X, Instagram, etc.) and its licensors

We do not claim ownership of any embedded third-party content. Embedding a post does not constitute adoption, endorsement, or assumption of responsibility for that content. Views expressed in embedded posts are those of the original authors, not of CrazzyMonday.

4.5 Removal of Embedded Content

If you are the original creator of embedded content appearing on this Site and wish to have it removed, please contact us. We will review and respond to removal requests expeditiously, typically within [24–72] hours.

Please note that the original post may also be deleted or restricted on the original platform at the source, in which case the embed on our Site will automatically cease to function.

5. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Procedure

5.1 Reporting Claimed Infringement (DMCA / Equivalent)

If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact that includes:

  1. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and
    email address
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material on our Site with sufficient detail (URL, post title, screenshot, etc.) for us to locate it
  4. A statement of good faith that you have a reasonable belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner, or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

5.2 Where to Send Notices

5.3 Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within [24–48] hours
  • Investigate the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, OR
    provide a counter-notice explanation if we believe the use is lawful
  • Notify the original poster of the removal if appropriate

5.4 Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the relevant local jurisdiction) and will accept service of process from the complaining party

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
    non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any
    embedded third-party content

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Site or any linked website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrazzyMonday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Site
  • Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on or
    through the Site
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site exceed any amount you paid us, in the past 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrazzyMonday and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

The platforms we embed from (X, Instagram, etc.) are governed by their own terms of service and content policies, which we do not control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
