Internal vs. External

Nowadays, it’s about getting from point A to point B as quickly as possible, but If you achieve a physical result while neglecting everything above, the results won’t stick.

Everyone talks about and usually focuses on the physical results, but what about your internal results?

What about your mental health, stress levels, gut health, and overall internal health?

Not only will this take more time, but ultimately, you would’ve taken a step back by not prioritizing what ACTUALLY matters.

People are trashing their metabolisms, hormone balance, and overall well-being in pursuit of this superficial goal.

Do we all want to look good shirtless? Of course, but that’s a by-product of going about the process in a sustainable way.

It’s not the be-all and end-all of your existence.

You can look good but still feel like crap.

If that’s the case, was it really worth it?
