On Season vs. Off Season

While you can be sad to see the level of being too lean/ low body fat percentage may fade away, it’s sometimes simply not sustainable. 

Nonetheless, your standards should not fall off a cliff. Make sure to never miss a session, train hard and put the extra calories to use, and still have a high level of control over what goes into your body.

One of the biggest keys that got some fitness influencers to the physique they have today is that they don’t treat any part of the year like an off-season. There is only prep aka  “on season” and the improvement season – where they double down on the weakest muscle groups and continue to fine-tune the strengths through a lean bulk.
