On Season vs. Off Season

While you can be sad to see the level of being too lean/ low body fat percentage may fade away, itā€™s sometimes simply not sustainable. 

Nonetheless, your standards should not fall off a cliff. Make sure to never miss a session, train hard and put the extra calories to use, and still have a high level of control over what goes into your body.

One of the biggest keys that got some fitness influencers to the physique they have today is that they donā€™t treat any part of the year like an off-season. There is only prep aka  ā€œon seasonā€ and the improvement season – where they double down on the weakest muscle groups and continue to fine-tune the strengths through a lean bulk.
