Enjoy Your Weekend

You’ve made it this far in the week, don’t turn your back on progress this weekend.
So you’ve hit the gym several times Monday – Thursday or Monday – Friday and ate “clean” the majority of the time.
That doesn’t mean the weekend can be a completely free pass if you want to make steady, predictable progress.
Yes, the weekends are a break from the routine of the weekdays and should be enjoyed as such, but do so in moderation to make sure you stay in a deficit if your goal is staying fit or fat loss.
We see it time and time again when we go overboard on the weekends, only to regret it later.
