What actions are you going to take today to improve? To get 1% better?

You don’t need to master yourself or your life overnight, but you need to create daily standards for yourself to stay on track with your self-development goals.

For examples:

  •  learning something new every day
  •  reading a minimum of 1 chapter every day
  •  exercising for a minimum of 20-30 mins
  •  not snoozing the day away and setting clear goals for what you want to get accomplished
  •  stretching, foam rolling, and/or doing yoga every day

When you create standards around both your MIND and BODY, that’s where true growth lies.
