Social Media is Not Real

Social media is a funny thing, isn’t it?

We are quick to judge, compare, and make assumptions about others – yet a reel or photo hardly paints the full picture or explains someone’s narrative.

When you look at the first photo, it’s easy to think that some influencers always had great genetics, a fit lifestyle, and had their life together.

But it’s Far from the truth.

Everyone goes through difficulties, and maybe depression, and anxiety.

But we’re all too ashamed to admit it (and not proud of those things either);

However, they are just a chapter of the story we are continuing to write daily.

To those of you out there that are going through frustration, heartbreak, job loss, etc – whatever it may be – you are not alone.

It was simply thoughts in our heads.

There is light at the end of the tunnel if you decide and commit to bettering yourself one day at a time. And fitness can be a huge grounding force for us and spark the biggest changes in ourselves.
