Try putting your phone on airplane mode next time you do your workout. (NO DISTRACTION!)

Don’t go too heavy. Instead, focus on the mind-muscle connection and form. 

If you focus on the specific muscle group you’re working (while using a weight you can actually manage), you will increase the number of neurons firing which will then increase the number of muscle fibers you use during each contraction. 

The more muscle fibers you recruit and break down, the faster you’ll make progress
