Being fit doesn’t mean giving up your favorite foods 

In fact, we may need to eat our favorite foods to help make our journey sustainable.

One of the major nutrition concepts is, your diet should not be too extreme.

Keto, intermittent fasting, the Atkins diet, the Carnivore Diet, etc all work but they aren’t very similar to how most normal people eat. That means they require a big lifestyle change (arguably too much for most people to stick to).

Instead, adjust what you are consuming.

Swapping out one ingredient for another.

Low-quality brands for higher-quality brands.

High-fat items for low-fat substitutions when necessary.

At the end of the day, you need to enjoy your food! Food is a very social and cultural thing in our society… thus why more people struggle with it than with exercise!

Perspective changes are critical.
