How to stay consistent with your fitness schedule?

How to stay consistent with your workouts early in your fitness journey?

Staying consistent is one of the most important (and difficult) aspects of fitness

This becomes much easier once the results come in, but as we all know, this takes a while.

So what do we do until then?

This mainly comes down to the perspective you have on fitness. If you see it as a chore and something “you have to do”, you might as well give up on it already. Won’t last long

When we first started, we know workouts gave us a few benefits

  • Energy
  • Positivity
  • Mental Clarity
  • Confidence
  • Stress Release
  • A pump

Etc.

These benefits became weapons that we will use for the challenges we have to fight every day or once in a while.

This could be a presentation at work or a meeting with your boss about a raise. You’d want to be energized, have mental clarity, and have high levels of confidence.

This could also be a date or maybe even a night out. You’d want positivity, confidence, be stressed free, and of course…. A good pump

The benefits you get from workouts can be applied to pretty much any situation life throws at you

Go over your schedule for the next day and think to yourself “I don’t feel like doing it, but I will do this workout tomorrow because the best version of ME is needed for ..XYZ”

In short, workouts will bring out the best version of you.

Unless you’ve got absolutely nothing going on in your life, workouts can help you perform better in all areas.

Don’t look at it as a chore, use it as a weapon to fight your daily battles (and come out as the winner).

Fitness can change your life.
