Stop Doing The Wrong Things

If something isn’t working for you and you have consistently done it for a while, stop doing it.
Yet, that is much harder said than done.
Why?
Because humans are habitual. We tend to do the same things over and over again.
We crave comfort even though we know comfort won’t get us where we want to go.
This is exactly why switching your workouts up, finally starting to track calories, or deciding to eat out or drink less can be so scary.
Yet – with the right environment – it doesn’t need to be scary.
All humans have one thing in common: the need to be comforted and supported by others. This is part of how we feel “special”

When you make mistakes, you are human. Use it as a learning lesson and keep moving forward for that’s all we can do.
Don’t lock yourself in the prison of the past. Unlock the fortitude of your future.
