The fear of regression

The fear of regression is a powerful tool with the right mindset!

Think about this for a second. 

If you’re stuck doing the same things over and over again, where would you be now?

For example: if you were stuck with your workouts and nutrition when you first started your fitness training journey, where would you be right now?

It can be frustrating to see that you’ve gone backward or stayed the same because of the saying, “I’ll do it tomorrow,” too many times.

We’ve all been there, but if you focus on that, you’ll continue repeating the same pattern.

The point isn’t to dwell but to use this awareness as fuel to never fall off again for extended periods.

Every time you’re about to make an excuse, remember you’re also pushing back progress.
