Make Peace with Yourself
Your fitness journey might really get harder from time to time. For example, calories dropped, cardio increased, and low energy levels from time to time.
This being said, we should be feeling good mentally and physically.
Instead of being stressed out by the cardio, calories, and more – we can fully submit to the process. Taking it day by day and being present.
There is a tremendous amount of peace in that if you look for it. Because regardless of what the scale says, how many days you or hours you put in working out, or anything else you can possibly think of… we should be proud of the commitment, consistency, and fight we’re bringing each day.
There’s no shame in giving your best.
There’s only shame, disappointment, and regret when you cut corners and take the easy way out.
